We believe nothing in life happens by chance….
Like so many others…..it only took one look …….and we were hooked. The magnificent beauty of the gypsy horse was undeniable from the first glance. The contrast of their muscular, heavy boned bodies against the softness of long, flowing manes and feathered hooves only added to our love and curiosity as to who and what these gentle giants were. The more we learned….. the more our passion grew and so did our desire to own one……
So nestled in the hills of Heidelberg and St. Jacob’s mennonite country in Ontario, the dream had begun…..Sonview Gypsy Ranch was born. Coupled with our love of family and horses, together with our children and grandchildren we are building our legacy of gypsies….A legacy that will preserve the magnificent beauty and stature of this breed; one that will promote the versatility of the breed for all horse disciplines and one that will not compromise the gentle, lovable character of the gypsy horse that has roamed among caravan, families and children for multiple generations.
